What is STRADA?

STRADA is small-sided, game-based soccer that’s focused on developing real technical, creative, and soccer IQ mastery. Built on the foundations and DNA that runs deep in our Futsal roots with our own FutsalRVA (nations largest Futsal organization) serving as the blueprint.

It’s where fast decisions meet high-pressure touches.
It’s where players think fast, move smart, and learn the skills, not the bad habits, that translate to the outdoor game.

It’s guided chaos — designed to make your player better.
It’s all the benefits of futsal training, but in our indoor facilities, using different balls, different surfaces and a different mindset… We are bringing the world of football to the students of Own Touch.

• 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5 small-sided formats

• Rotating groups for dynamic learning

• Skill challenges and scenario play

• Fast, un-coached, and unstructured, moments that teach players to adapt, adjust, and thrive

• players with a strong mentality and ability to perform under stress and speed will THRIVE!

How It Works

• Sundays at Own Touch Charlotte (North to start, South to follow)

• 2:00–3:30 PM: Strada Training

• 3:30–4:30 PM: Optional Open Play

This is a year-round program with a minimum of 42 training sessions per year:

• $160/month for non-Mentees

• $80/month for Current Mentees

• Included in PROSPECTS tuition

Commitment matters: we ask players to attend consistently, just like they would for a team.
