The two studios run the same curriculum and the same coaching standard. The weekly lineup differs, so here is exactly what a first visit is at each one. Pick the studio that suits you; you can train at either later.

How it works

Three steps to your first session

The trial is a normal training session, not a tryout. Coaches group players by age and ability and meet them where they are.

Tell us about your player

Fill in the short form with your player’s name, date of birth and home studio.
Buy the $45 intro class

When you submit the form you go straight to checkout for the one-time intro class. It is good for 30 days.
Book your session and train

Pick an intro class time that fits on the schedule. Spots are reserved ahead, and your player joins a real session with our coaches.

The intro class is for players 6 and up; younger players start with a short consultation call first. Ages 4-7 can also join Mini Mentee, our 12-week Saturday program.
