The class

What Prospects run

One course, split into two age groups. Places are offered to current Mentees who meet the assessment benchmarks.

P.R.O.S.P.E.C.T.S. Training

Ages 9-13 and 14-18 Both studios Mentee members

An invitation-based course for competitive academy players, split into two age groups so the work stays developmentally right. Ages 9-13 focus on skill refinement, technical mastery, and soccer IQ; ages 14 and up prepare for collegiate and professional play. The curriculum is shaped by our academy partners in Brazil, the UK, and Portugal.

The two Prospects age groups sit inside the Mentee range (ages 6-18). Which group a player joins is decided at assessment, so ask rather than assume.

In the studio

Functional, match-realistic work

Training moves away from isolated drills and toward situations that demand speed of thought, execution, and adaptation.

Decision-making under pressure: reading cues, solving problems, and executing while fatigued
Positional awareness: space, timing, and responsibility inside game scenarios

The call-up

How placement works

Prospects is not open for public application. Placement is earned through performance, maturity, and technical readiness.

The benchmark

Players hit high-tier scores in our objective Mentee assessments: juggling, dribbling, passing, shooting, and more.
Eligibility

Once benchmarks are met, the player is formally flagged as Prospects Eligible on their account.
The invitation

When a roster opening appears in the right age group, our staff contacts the family directly.
Securing the spot

Invitations are extended based on readiness and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The global stage

Accepted Prospects may receive priority consideration or roster placement for International Football Collective squads competing in international tournaments: exposure to global standards beyond domestic soccer. Optional, subject to availability and additional tournament fees.
